The Gift Shop Attendant is responsible for completing sales transactions with customers and maintains stock levels in Gift Shop. Assuring that guests have an enjoyable customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Responsible for maintaining a friendly, courteous atmosphere in the Gift Shop at all times and assisting all guests whenever necessary
- Ringing up sales and giving correct change
- Responsible for keeping the Gift Shop clean and orderly
- Assisting in month-end inventory
- Ensure the safety and security of guest and others visiting the gift shop
- Other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Retail customer service training would be a plus
- At least One (1) – Two (2) years’ experience in a high-volume retail store with use if electronic cash register and variety in inventory.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle and feel; use hands and arms to reach, legs and feet to balance, stoop, kneel or crouch
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs and infrequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- Ability to regularly utilize sufficient vision or other powers of observation to review documents and computer screens and organize documents and materials.
