Grow Your Skills, Grow Your Potential:Responsibilities:As a Strategic Planning Intern, you will influence senior decision-making by aligning Agent Channel Strategy with go-to-market plans. You’ll manage complex projects, collaborate with leaders, coordinate product launches, and develop communication strategies. Using data and insights, you’ll drive adoption and identify learning opportunities throughout implementation.
The Go-To-Market Strategic Planning Team champions agent and customer experiences by planning and delivering changes in a cohesive manner. The aim is to optimize adoption and drive strategic outcomes through innovative approaches.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Business-related field, such as: Business Strategy, Strategic/Organizational Communication, Business Administration & Management, AI/related technologies, Management Information Systems, Project Management.
- Viewed as a role model and leader among peers with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience navigating ambiguous and/or complex situations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to take initiative and proactively identify issues/opportunities as well as recommend actions to take.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and curiosity, combining resilience with a passion for success.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others, especially in finding creative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates flexibility, resilience, initiative, and creativity.
- Applies relevant AI, insurance industry, and marketplace knowledge when making business decisions.
- Passion for enhancing agent office processes through technology.
- Product experience including product discovery, user experience design, and analytics.
- Ability to use data and metrics to generate business requirements to influence business decisions.
- Possess exceptional communication skills, encompassing oral, written, listening, and presentation abilities.
Summer Internship Dates: 6/01/2026-8/07/2026
Pay: $22.00/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)!
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week
Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.
Work Arrangement:
Selected interns should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. Please note that relocation benefits will not apply.

Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship. This is set for Bloomington, but the business partner may be open to candidates in hub locations.
