Position Overview:

The Human Resources Manager provides overall support for the leaders and employees across Wealthspire. The position will partner with business leaders and HR shared services on learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation, and employee relations efforts while also supporting acquisition due diligence and integration. The Human Resources Manager role is a hands-on role working with leaders at a variety of levels acts as a liaison to centralized HR Shared Services teams.

Responsibilities;

  • Support HR team and business leaders in coordinating HR activities that align with broader business goals, including workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and facilitating conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support the performance management cycle by assisting with goal setting, development planning, and performance reviews; track key timelines and ensure all documentation is completed.
  • Assist with compensation structures, including bonus and incentive programs, and help ensure equitable and competitive pay practices.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and action planning. Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Help maintain accurate data in the HRIS system, run reports, and conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support the recruitment process, ensuring seamless candidate experience and a smooth onboarding process.
  • Help maintain and update HR content on the company intranet and draft internal HR communications.
  • Lead the annual summer internship program, partnering with business teams to design program structure, support intern recruitment, and ensure a meaningful and engaging intern experience.
  • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices; provide general support in keeping policies and procedures up to date.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience as an HR professional as a generalist business partner.
  • Applicants with prior experience working with an RIA or other wealth management environments are highly desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree with course work in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • SHRM-SCPS or SPHR Certification a plus

Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and a solid understanding of HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this position is $94,000 to $110,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
