Position:
HRS is looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building impactful, end-user-focused products that improve healthcare delivery and outcomes. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, as well as directly with clients, to guide features and capabilities from conception to launch. You will help shape product strategy, manage execution, and be a key voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the product strategy and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with business objectives, clinical outcomes, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Product Designers to translate customer problems into intuitive solutions, using research, prototyping, and usability testing to validate before build.
- Engage directly with clients, patients, and providers to understand workflows, pain points, and goals — and use these insights to shape priorities.
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation in the RPM market.
- Define success metrics and track product KPIs, such as adoption, engagement, and patient/provider satisfaction.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, QA, and Support to ensure successful launches and adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.
- Evangelize the roadmap internally and externally, leading demos and ensuring stakeholders understand priorities and outcomes.
- Continuously refine priorities based on market feedback, performance data, and evolving customer needs.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
- Proven experience supporting and delivering end-user products throughout the lifecycle
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with agile product development processes
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence across functions
- Experience working with design and development teams to create impactful features
- Passion for improving healthcare through technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or HealthTech
- Experience conducting product discovery and customer interviews
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
- Sense of humor and a collaborative mindset
