 About this Role:

The Vice President of Service at Capsa Healthcare is a newly established, high-impact role responsible for leading, integrating, and continuously improving all aspects of our nationwide service delivery operations. With oversight of the service teams supporting both our Clinical Workflow Solutions and Pharmacy Automation business units, you will champion a unified vision that elevates every aspect of our customer experience.

Reporting to the SVP, General Manager & Customer Success, this leadership role will set and execute strategies to grow service revenue, strengthen profit margins, and deliver premium, customer-focused solutions. Your leadership will have a direct influence on Capsa’s business performance, customer satisfaction, and reputation in the healthcare industry. This role requires a leader who is as passionate about operational excellence as they are about shaping the future of healthcare services—a communicator and collaborator ready to drive results at scale.

What You’ll Do:

 Team Leadership & Development:

  • Build and inspire high-performing, customer-centric service teams.
  • Optimize team structure and resources to support growth and profitability.
  • Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative culture.

 Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty:

  • Continuously improve the quality, responsiveness, and consistency of service delivery.
  • Partner with senior leadership to tailor service models to distinct customer segments.
  • Champion programs that strengthen customer loyalty through proactive, value-added solutions.

 Revenue & Margin Growth:

  • Own Service P&L with a focus on growing revenue and improving net income.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for services in collaboration with business verticals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to negotiate service contracts and vendor agreements.
  • Identify and launch new service offerings to drive incremental growth.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 7 years' progressive leadership experience overseeing service teams in healthcare or related industries.
  • Proven track record managing service delivery operations, owning P&L, and consistently driving revenue and margin growth.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building customer loyalty and delivering measurable improvements in service quality.
  • Strong skills in process optimization and operational scaling.
  • Effective collaborator, adept at vendor negotiation and cross-functional leadership.
