About the Role

We’re looking for a Virtual Support Specialist to join our team and provide professional, responsive, and thoughtful assistance to clients and internal teams. This role is central to ensuring a smooth experience for the organizations and individuals we support.

You’ll be one of the first points of contact for incoming inquiries, whether it’s helping a client navigate onboarding, assisting with service-related questions, or coordinating with our team to resolve issues. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will help us deliver the high-quality support our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of communication for client questions via email or virtual chat.

  • Support onboarding processes for new clients or program participants.

  • Troubleshoot common issues or escalate more complex problems as needed.

  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and provide relevant feedback to improve internal processes.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are addressed promptly.

What We're Looking For

  • A clear, professional communicator (written and verbal).

  • Empathetic and solution-oriented, able to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.

  • Comfortable using digital tools.

  • Highly organized and dependable; able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in a client support, administrative, or service-oriented role is a plus—but we’re open to training the right candidate with a strong work ethic and growth mindset.
