Job Summary:
The Director, Global Services creates a vision for both Procure to Pay (P2P) and Credit to Cash (C2C) global service delivery activities and drives these strategies throughout our organization. This role works closely with our CFO, BDO RISE Leadership and other segment leaders to ensure alignment of requirements and the delivery options. Additionally, this role determines and explores other opportunities to ensure our Global Service operation is optimized.
Job Duties:
- Develops the strategic direction of Global Services that drives organizational efficiency and effectiveness in the areas of Credit to Cash (C2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Develops and analyzes the key operational data and performance indicators to achieve the Global Services vision
- Identifies and reviews both industry and market trends and applies in the development of Global Service strategies
- Drives continuous improvement, automation, and standardization of processes
- Leads, motivates, and develops a high-performing team focused on service excellence and our core values
- Ensures cost optimization and resource efficiency across all services lines
- Builds strong relationships with leadership across our segments as well as with BDO RISE leadership
- Promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the continued professional growth of our teams
- Ensures readiness for future growth including infrastructure and service scalability
- Other duties as required to ensure the successful operation of Global Services
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Leads the P2P and C2C functions with direct reports in each area. Additional reporting roles may be defined as part of the evolution of this area
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, required; focus in Accounting or Finance, preferred
Experience:
- Ten (10) or more years of Finance Management experience, required
- Supervisory experience, required
- Experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) and/or Credit to Cash (C2C), preferred
- Global Services or Shared Services experience, preferred
License/Certifications:
- N/A
Software:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, required
- OneStream or similar Business Intelligence systems experience, preferred
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or similar ERP system, preferred
Language:
- N/A

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Able to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple complex projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details
- Able to rely on extensive experience and judgement to plan, execute and accomplish goals
- Ability to work well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner
- Communicate and interact with all levels of employees and management
- Excellent project management skills
- Able to interact and build consensus among people
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $180,000 - $230,000
Maryland Range: $180,000 - $230,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $180,000 - $230,000
