In this role, you will help customers find the right insurance coverage and build long-term client relationships. Our leads come directly from Dick Hannah Dealership customers, providing a steady stream of quality prospects.

- Competitive base pay: $22-$30/hour (depending on experience) + 3-15% commission on written premiums per the pay plan terms as well as additional bonus opportunities. Unlicensed candidates start at $18.50/hour and will be supported in obtaining their license.
- Uncapped earning potential (average annual total compensation: $72,000+)
- Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): New employees accrue 96 hours in year one, with increases over time.

Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities:
- Sell and explain insurance policies (auto, home, renters, and more) tailored to client needs.
- Acquire new clients while also focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients to ensure excellent service and cross-sell additional products.
- Build strong, lasting relationships to maintain high client loyalty.
- Meet sales performance goals ($20,000/month in new business premium on average).
- Maintain compliance with underwriting and industry regulations.
Insurance Sales Agent Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to multi-task.
- Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
