Role Summary/Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Enterprise Marketing Center Administrator to oversee the administration and optimization of our centralized enterprise marketing automation platform. This platform supports multiple business units, brands, and both print and digital collateral, ensuring governance, compliance, scalability, and seamless execution of accessible assets. The ideal candidate will act as a platform guardian and subject matter expert, collaborating with marketing, IT, data, compliance teams, and vendors, to empower our business users and ensure excellence in customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and optimize the Enterprise Marketing Center environment for multiple business units and platforms.
Oversee user provisioning, role management, permission sets, and business unit hierarchies to ensure correct access, data segmentation, and compliance.
Manage the configuration and maintenance of shared resources, such as data extensions, content libraries, templates, personalization, and automations.
Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of scalable cross-BU/joint campaigns and platform integrations.
Serve as the main point of contact for platform support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution, escalating to vendor support as appropriate.
Train, onboard, and support platform and industry marketers, providing documentation, best practices, and ongoing guidance.
Ensure data integrity and governance, monitoring system performance and proactively addressing risks or anomalies.
Stay current on platform releases, updates, and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements or process improvements.
Uphold privacy policies and compliance requirements across all business units.
Develop and deliver performance reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders across multiple segments.
Collaborate with IT, data, and compliance teams to support technical integrations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of progressive business experience, or in lieu of a degree 6+ years of progressive business experience.
4+ years of experience administering enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms.
Experience supporting multi business unit/brand environments within a centralized enterprise platform.
Strong knowledge of data management, automation workflows, and campaign deployment best practices.
4+ years of experience with relevant scripting or query languages (SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
Understanding of data privacy regulations and platform security.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with platform integrations and marketing technology stack design is a plus.
Experience or knowledge of digital printing or print on demand workflows are a plus.
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
Holistic, system-level thinking with a deep understanding of project ecosystems and their impact on user experiences.
In-depth understanding of design, front-end, and backend technology dependencies, coupled with extensive experience using design systems.
Strong portfolio of design projects that includes responsive websites and or applications
Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of progressive business experience, or in lieu of a degree 6+ years of progressive business experience.
Work Timings: 2PM - 11PM IST
