- Manage the acquisition, creation, calculation, and maintenance of Lipper service results, ensuring high-quality data delivery and supporting ad hoc product initiatives.
- Delivered client feeds, reports, electronic products, and publications with precision and timeliness, consistently meeting tight time frame
- Led and prioritized daily processing workloads, optimizing information identification and system delivery functions for operational efficiency.
- Led process improvement and re-engineering projects to establish a low-risk, Straight Through Processing (STP) environment, enhancing automation and reducing manual intervention.
- Acted as a domain expert (SME) for specific products and asset classes, providing deep insights into system infrastructure and process flow methodologies.
- Built and maintained strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients, ensuring good communication and service alignment.
Content Analyst - Price & Performance (Lipper)
- Interaction with Fund Manager to collect Fund and Share class data.
- Tracking and monitoring various mail boxes to ensure we are good with data deliveries. Follow up with FMCs in case of any defaults.
- Developing expertise in data-related issues. Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.
- Enhance usage of available tools/support to the best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per company standards for the covered product/market.
- Proactively Track and monitor mailboxes for Data deliveries and ensure to follow up with FMC/vendor in case of any missed delivery.
- Support specific projects, as assigned by the manager.
- Adhere to change control procedures, data operations standards and current data policies and procedures
- Proactively settle and resolve data problems.
- Active membership of Lipper CST (including covering chat)
- Creating, distributing and overseeing of custom data and content enhancement reports
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the information stored in databases and reflected on Refinitiv products by creating or running automated/semi-automated checks
- Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries.
- Review the existing agreements with the FMC as and when required and amend the FMCs/funds information on the database
- Adhere to dynamic process/MoW changes, data operations standards and current data policies & procedures.
- Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data as per expected performance standards.
- Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing guide user feedback
