This important role will provide support to the Human Resources Division for benefits administration including, but not limited to, Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, retirement benefits, disability leave, FMLA and Worker’s Compensation.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience as well as a few years’ experience in Benefits Administration
  • An understanding of benefits plans and coverages, benefit eligibility rules, compliance requirements and reporting
  • Strong experience and proven skillset using Excel  
  • Ability to perform benefit claims reconciliation
  • Understanding short-term disability and long-term disability leaves; understand FMLA compliance and administration

The ideal candidate would also have experience in:

  • Ability to analyze reports and identify data discrepancies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
