• Missouri Teaching Certificate

• Such alternative to the above qualification as the School Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Job Description:

Provide high quality instruction and support to students and families in the Laker Enrichment Afterschool Program during out of school time either in the morning or in the afternoon.

Performance

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in lesson planning and prepare instructional materials

2. Guide lessons/ work with individual students and/or small groups to reinforce learning of material or skills

3. Guide students in learning and demonstrating skills to collaborate with others

4. Direct student behavior in accordance with school policy and support positive student behavior

5. Demonstrate effective and supportive relationships with students, staff, and parents

6. Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information regarding students, teachers, and families

7. Participate in professional development opportunities offered through the L.E.A.P. Program

Compensation: $27.50 per hour
