C-Team Assistant Boys Baseball Coach presso Perham Dent Public School

This coaching position will assist the respective Head Coach in the overall program philosophy and in all assigned aspects of the Yellowjacket ?Boys Baseball program?. The expectation is to create a learning environment where each student feels valued and sees skill improvement ?in self and team.? The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to coach multiple positions and the flexibility to help with coaching needs.

All coaches and advisors ?are expected to ?remain current on any and all certifications and Continuing Education Requirements (CER's) of the Minnesota State High School League. CER's are managed through the Activities Department and are not a prerequisite.

?Coaching?/Advising positions in the district are ?based on one-year?, ?notice of assignments.

STARTING SALARY: 
Per Perham Education Association Master Agreement
(Higher salary is dependent on previous experience)
