Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the President provides administrative and executive level support to the President. This includes calendar & travel management, handling correspondence, and completing business/expense reports. The Executive Assistant to the President may also assist with Board of Director Meetings as requested.


Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

  • Provides calendar management for the President which may involve multiple calendars requiring interaction with internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of meetings inside and outside the bank. This may include helping with meeting logistics, venue, and food.
  • Communicates and handles incoming/outgoing electronic and telephonic communications on behalf of the President, which includes highlighting action items, composing simple correspondence, and creating reports. Receives and organizes incoming mail.
  • Assists with Board of Director Meetings as requested
  • Prioritizes and manages projects simultaneously and follows through on issues in a timely manner; assists with special projects
  • Handles travel arrangements and reservations for the President
  • Completes business and travel expense reports, plus processes invoices and submits to Accounts Payable upon request
  • Handles sensitive information and confidential business matters; anticipates problems/needs, critical issues or opportunities and acts accordingly
  • Provides administrative support to other executives/senior management as needed
  • Greets Employees and Customers with the upmost professionalism
  • Helps President prepare for meetings by providing historical or client notes
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • College degree in business or communication field preferred
  • At least five years of executive assistant level experience in a corporate office environment required
  • Event planning experience is preferred
  • Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $66,000 - $78,000
