We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for leading and executing the client acquisition strategy, from pipeline generation to developing existing client relationships, and ultimately driving top-line revenue growth and end-customer adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Determining needs, building value, and gaining acceptance of Verto's solutions with new clients.

  • Prospecting, identifying, and generating new opportunities via cold calling, email, phone, and LinkedIn to build a strong pipeline of targeted prospects.

  • Managing the sales pipeline through all sequential stages of the sales process: initial outreach, product demo, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Taking a consultative approach with the management team while navigating multiple decision-makers.

  • Consistently exceeding your monthly sales quota and being well-compensated for doing so.

  • Working closely with the Account Management function to upsell and cross-sell the Verto suite of products.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the payments space.

  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • A team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward lofty goals.

  • Excellent organisational skills, including prioritisation, scheduling, and time management.

  • A coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient mindset.
