Summary
The Assistant to the President will provide high-level support to the President.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides high-level support and assistance to the President
- Performs tasks as assigned, including organizational, administrative, and sometimes personal support
- Schedules meetings and handles correspondence
- Arranges travel and accommodations for President
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of President
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of President, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents as appropriate
- Maintains records, orders supplies, coordinates with vendors
- Performs additional duties as assigned by President

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
- Experience in handling sensitive, confidential information
- Excellent customer service skills
- Commitment and enthusiasm towards achieving company goals
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a diverse group of people
