CTG is seeking to fill a Camera Vision Data Entry Specialist opening for our client in Durham, NC.
Location: Durham, NC
Duration: Ongoing Contract
Duties:
Operate camera vision devices to capture detailed images of grocery and convenience store items.
Accurately input interpreted data into designated digital systems or databases.
Utilize software tools to process and interpret data from captured images.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of entered data.
Identify and correct discrepancies, reporting issues with camera vision equipment or software to technical support teams.
Maintain detailed records of captured data, including logs of errors and corrections.
Generate activity reports and performance metrics as required.
Collaborate with team members, both remote and on-site, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Provide feedback on technology performance and suggest improvements to enhance data capture accuracy.
Skills:
Basic understanding of camera vision technology and applications.
Proficiency in data entry software and related tools.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Basic troubleshooting skills for camera vision equipment.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
Experience:
Prior experience in data entry or related administrative roles preferred.
Exposure to retail environments or technology-based data capture systems is a plus.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional technical training or certifications in data entry, IT, or related fields is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
