QA Technician

Summary

Join Millennium Print Group (MPG) as a QA Technician and play a vital role in ensuring that every product we produce meets—and exceeds—our customers’ expectations. You’ll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing quality line inspections, audits, and process validations that safeguard our reputation for excellence in the printing and manufacturing industry. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance will help drive operational success and customer satisfaction.


🔹 What You Will Do

  • Inspect products against specifications, company quality standards, and customer requirements to ensure zero-defect manufacturing.

  • Conduct repetitive audits during production, identifying and documenting non-conformances and taking corrective action.

  • Validate processes, measure production standards at critical control points, and complete required documentation.

  • Use inspection tools and technology to achieve measurable results.

  • Communicate findings to production teams to build quality into every step of the process.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety procedures, and company policies.


🔹 What You Will Bring

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum 1 year in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing or printing production environment preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, email, and MIS systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

  • Capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with multiple priorities.

Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Monitor production lines to ensure flawless quality while maintaining a safe work environment.
Building Relationships: Partner with operators and supervisors to address quality issues quickly and effectively.
Integrity and Respect: Maintain honest, accurate documentation and communicate findings professionally.
Challenging the Expected: Identify process improvements to continually raise quality standards.


Work Environment:
Manufacturing plant floor with varying temperatures, moderate noise levels, and moving equipment. PPE such as ear and eye protection, safety vests, and safety shoes may be required.
