Position Objective:

The SAP QTC lead will apply deep expertise in the SAP Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process to deliver exceptional operational support for Artivion’s Commercial Organization. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and optimizing Quote to cash solutions that align with commercial business processes, while driving standardization, process excellence, and best practices across global teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business subject matter experts, cross-functional IT teams, and project managers to analyze requirements and design, configure, and implement SAP Quote-to-Cash (Sales & Distribution) solutions and master data.
  • Configure, maintain, and oversee end-to-end QTC processes, including quoting, sales order management, shipping, pricing, credit management, delivery, billing, and related functions.
  • Manage full project lifecycles, including budget, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery of SAP Order-to-Cash programs.
  • Lead Fit-to-Standard analyses, validate sub-process designs and process flows, and ensure solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Support system upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements to enable seamless business operations.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, facilitate requirements gathering, and design integrated solutions across domains such as finance, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Champion process improvements, contribute to solution architecture, and manage system configurations in SAP QTC (Sales & Distribution), S/4HANA, and related QTC modules.
  • Mentor, coach, and guide project and consulting teams, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, documentation standards, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
  • Monitor solution performance, proactively manage risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout engagements.
  • Prepare and deliver business facing presentations, workshops, and solution documentation.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and building strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Foster an inclusive, innovative culture that promotes collaboration, continuous learning, and adoption of internal best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (master’s preferred); 5-8 years of relevant SAP QTC (Sales & Distribution) experience.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Quote-to-Cash processes, including functional design and configuration, with significant hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong background in SAP batch management, serialization, make-to-order processes, and integration with manufacturing and finance.
  • Experience in setting up 3PL (3rd party logistic provider) and end to end quote to cash process with outsourcing process with external vendor (4PL)
  • Demonstrated success in leading multiple SAP implementations and cross-functional project teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Advanced analytical skills for mapping business requirements to SAP solutions and ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
  • Experience with Medical device manufacturing environment will be preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements.
