Overview: This Senior Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle for roles with FORCE America Inc. This role involves developing and implementing detailed recruiting strategies including sourcing, screening, selecting, school relationships and onboarding talent in a way that supports our ongoing goals to attract and retain talent and promote an engaged workforce at FORCE America.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Manage, execute, and drive full cycle recruitment for all business units. 
  • Facilitates onboarding of hires.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with candidates, hiring managers, schools and industry contacts.    
  • Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to record and track applicants, maintain applicant status, communicate, document and process background and drug checks.
  • Utilizes and Manages HR Metrics; track and report on key recruiting KPIs.
  • Utilizes innovative sourcing techniques to find, connect and recruit talent for Company.
  • Conducts interviews during hiring process at multiple levels.   
  • Drives process improvements and candidate experience enhancements.
  • Incorporates social media and other innovations in order to build our influence and presence as an employer of choice.
  • Seeks opportunities to partner with schools in the community to share about our business and related recruiting opportunities; attends in-person school/campus events.
  • Provides direction and mentorship to team members responsible for recruiting. 
  • Ensures compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. 
  • Assists with company events to increase connection among Associates within the Company. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business or equivalent combination of years of experience and education.
  • Certification from HRCI or SHRM, preferred.
  • 6+ years of high-volume full cycle recruiting experience. 
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Extensive use of varying talent sourcing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • 2 years managing a recruiting function: budget, media/communication, process and expectations. 
  • 2 or more years working within an ATS and HRIS. 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of employment law in regards to hiring. 
  • Detail oriented and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Must be able to build rapport quickly with candidates, co-workers and hiring managers of all levels.   
  • MS office/MS Teams proficient. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
