Senior Decision Support Analyst presso Unity Health

DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Analyst position in Decision Support supports all functions of the finance and revenue cycle activities of Unity Health. Those functions include, but are not limited to, development and preparation of financial analyses, projections and targets, as well as financial modeling and reports used by management in the decision-making process. This position will collaborate with the CFO, AVP Finance, and other departments to achieve revenue cycle and financial goals of the organization.

1. Education:  Requires knowledge of accounting or business principles and practices. Completion of a Bachelor's degree in an Accounting or Business-related field is preferred.  Certified Public Accountant preferred.

2. Training and Experience:    Requires ten (10) years of progressive health care leadership experience within a finance role. Experience with a hospital, major public accounting or health care consulting firm is preferred. 

3. Job knowledge:    Must have knowledge of patient level financial reporting requirements and various reporting tools as well as skills in accounting and financial reporting.  Knowledge of Meditech Expanse is desired.
