of institutional effectiveness.

• Partner with academic and administrative leaders across divisions to integrate

effectiveness measures into strategic planning, resource allocation, and

institutional initiatives.

• Manage institutional reporting to external agencies (e.g., WSCUC, IPEDS, state and

federal agencies).

• Develop dashboards and decision-support systems to inform planning and decision

making at the College.

• Represent the College externally to accreditors, government agencies, and higher

education consortia on matters of accreditation, compliance, and data integrity.

• Promote a culture of evidence-based planning and continuous improvement across

all divisions of the College.

• Supervise and mentor professional staff in institutional research, assessment, and

related areas.
