Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for an Operations Manager at our Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive boutique.

 

ROLE

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all back-of-house functions and operational execution at the Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive boutique. This role ensures compliance with company procedures, supports inventory integrity, and drives efficiency across daily store operations. In partnership with the Store Director, the Operations Manager upholds Dolce & Gabbana’s standards of excellence and operational discipline.

 

MISSION

  • Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures to support efficient and cost-effective store operations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Loss Prevention, Inventory Control, Finance, Human Resources, and Facilities to ensure compliance and execution.
  • Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and physical inventory coordination.
  • Verify accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, ensuring all documentation aligns with shipments.
  • Manage and develop the operations and stock team, fostering communication and process efficiency.
  • Support the rollout of retail applications and system updates, providing training and guidance to store teams.
  • Conduct regular audits of loss prevention equipment and procedures, proactively addressing issues to minimize risk.
  • Maintain store supply levels and oversee packaging, merchandise repairs, and PCI compliance.
  • Monitor POS and payment-related behaviors, escalating concerns to the Store Director as needed.
  • Lead daily walkthroughs to ensure brand guidelines are upheld across front and back of house.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for store maintenance and repairs, escalating to corporate partners when necessary.

 

PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years of retail operations experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Availability for closing shifts, weekends, holiday season, and annual inventory.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive business information.

 

 

The salary range for this role is $95K–$105K annually, plus variable commission. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
