Key responsibilities
- Foster a successful, accountable Kerry oriented work environment.
- Responsible for following all applicable quality and food safety procedures and policies.
- Ensure direct reports and fellow employees, contractors and visitors are following all applicable quality and food safety procedures and policies.
- Ensure all required KPIs are met regarding facilities goals on safety, production, quality and costs.
- Ensure adherence to proper personal safety regulations, policies and procedures.
- Manage outbound shipments to ensure a timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
- Oversee that all inbound freight is properly documented as well as delivered in a way that conforms to Kerry standards.
- Assure inventory accuracy by keeping warehouse organized and clean.
- Ensure employees are properly trained and certified to execute their duties.
- Be in constant communication with management to ensure an efficient flow in the warehouse in relation to all other departments.

Qualifications and skills
- 2 years of Supervisory experience is required.
- Organizational skills and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions.
- Ability to organize and plan ahead to maximize job efficiency and work safely.
- Detail oriented and self-directed.
- Able to read and interpret an SDS and all other shipping and receiving documents.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous work experience within a food manufacturing and distribution environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments.
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479 to $105,272 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
