About the position:

The newly created role of Project Coordinator within our Property & Expansion team will be supporting the rollout of our new showrooms. They will be focused on procurement, utilities setup, security coordination, and reporting, ensuring project milestones are achieved and each showroom opens smoothly and on schedule.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with service providers to arrange utilities, internet, security, plant hire, and cleaning for new showrooms.
  • Assist with procurement of showroom equipment, furniture, fixtures, and supplies, and track deliveries and installation.
  • Liaise with building management to arrange site access, clarify building requirements, and ensure compliance with lease obligations and local regulations.
  • Prepare simple reports that capture key data and insights from each project, helping improve efficiency and consistency across future rollouts.
  • Support the Project Manager with document control, including contracts, permits, drawings, schedules, and invoices.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support across multiple showroom projects.

What are we seeking?

  • 2–3 years of administrative, operations, or coordination experience in a retail, property, or facilities environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for liaising with internal teams, landlords, and vendors.
  • Ability to work quickly, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving project environment.
  • Openness to working across different time zones to support international rollouts.
  • Ability to problem-solve day-to-day challenges and proactively suggest practical solutions to keep projects on track.
