All of our services operate above regulations, ratios and required qualifications. We provide generous leave entitlements to our staff. All breaks are paid and all outside of hours training is paid at overtime rates. All of our staff meetings outside hours attract time off in lieu.
To qualify for this Traineeship, you must:
- Have a passion for supporting and working with children and a desire to succeed in the Early Childhood sector
- Be a dedicated learner with great time management skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work full-time
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Be at least 16 years of age or older
- Have left school
- Not be currently studying an Early Childhood Qualification
- Have a Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one (if 18 or older)
