The Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing the organization’s TPRM program. As a key member of the TPRM Governance and Leadership Team, this role will drive the adaption of TPRM practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with business and IT functions.
An ideal candidate should have a strong background in the areas of Third Party (3rd party) risk management (TPRM), Privacy & Data Protection, security and governance, data classification principles, and distillation of government regulations into appropriate security and privacy controls for the company is mandatory for this position. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to navigate complex business and technical environments, ensuring the successful operationalization of the TPRM framework and governance activities. Strong communications and project management skills are required to develop and execute training and communication strategies, collaborate effectively across IT and business functions, and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Percent of Time
• This role will be part of TPRM Governance and Leadership Team
• Participate in uptake of TPRM program to the organization
• Support establishing Training and Communication Strategy to IT and Business
• Participate in TPRM Governance
• Operationalize TPRM Framework (services and delivery aspect)
• TPRM reporting metrics and scorecard
• Stay informed of emerging GDPR & Privacy policies, procedures, threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices
• Supervise 1 TPRM Operations Analyst at the ZICC site 100%
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
This position will primarily interact with Zoetis Tech & Digital, Business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

• Will manage 1 TPRM Operations Analyst at the ZICC site.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Formal training and/or experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Data Privacy, and computer system validation space highly desired
• Relevant certification such as CISA, CRISC, or CIPT/CIPM is preferred.
Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in Regulatory (GxP & CSV) Compliance, including IT Risk Management
• 6+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries supporting IT initiatives is a plus.
• Expertise in principles, theories, and concepts of regulatory compliance, and of pharmaceutical regulations; including industry knowledge of implementing controls within processes and tools.
• Demonstrated skills for independently guiding quality and compliance activities during system development and implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with individuals and groups at multiple levels across the organization.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in an unstructured environment.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
