Job Title: Enterprise Function Lead – IT (Finance & HR )

Department: Information Technology

Reports To: Abdul Lateef – General Manager IT

Role Overview:

The Enterprise Function Lead – IT for Finance & HR will be responsible for driving digital transformation and IT strategy across Finance and HR functions globally. This role requires deep expertise in financial consolidations, cross-country Finance MIS reporting, and data visualization using Power BI. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to HR and Finance leadership, ensuring technology solutions align with business goals.

Approximately 80% of the time will be for Finance & 20% for HR


Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Systems Leadership:
    • Lead and manage financial consolidation systems and processes across multiple countries.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of Finance MIS reports globally.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Enable self-service analytics and promote data-driven decision-making.

 

  • HR Systems Oversight:
    • Support HR technology initiatives including Success Factors, Payroll, Talent management, and employee data systems.
    • Ensure integration between HR and Finance systems for seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with country-specific Finance teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
    • Liaise with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Governance & Compliance:
    • Ensure systems comply with internal controls, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements.
    • Maintain documentation and change management processes for all systems under scope.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT leadership roles supporting Finance and HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and MIS reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard creation.
  • Experience working in multi-country environments and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
  • SAP FICO, Oracle Financials or other ERP system certifications
  • ITIL or PMP certification is a plus
