We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Centre of Excellence Intern. This exciting and challenging role will provide assistance to delivery Programmes working with cross functional teams.

Reporting to the Programme Manager within Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, the successful candidate will assist in the delivery of process improvements.

The successful candidate will assist the company with tasks set out by various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in co-ordination and implementation of process improvement initiatives focusing on process and systems.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams across supply chain, and other operations and support functions.
  • Analyse, monitor, and maintain data on systems.
  • Test all functionality of new system/process.
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of Process maps, Standard Operation Procedures SOPs, WI’s, videos, presentations, and training materials.
  • Regularly monitoring of new processes, tracking changes as well as reviewing existing processes and reporting updates or escalation of risks.
  • Any other duties as might be required within the remit and responsibilities of the post.

You will ideally be working towards a degree in Supply Chain, but we will consider other areas of study including accounting, marketing, engineering and other areas.

In addition, we’ll expect you to have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate strong organisational abilities. You’ll be self-motivated, with effective communications skills that enable you to engage across multi-disciplinary teams within the Company.

This will be a one year internship. We are flexible with dates in case you are doing your industry placement and need to go back to University.
