Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) - Visiting Clinic
Schedule: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week), Non-Exempt, 8-hour Day Shifts (no weekends/no holidays)

How you will contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) - Visiting Clinic who excels in this role
- Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.
- Assists with procedures and documents patient care given.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

What we are looking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) from an accredited nursing school.
Additional requirements include:
Basic Life Support Certification Required (Available Upon Hire)
Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination Required
