We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Engagement Associates to join our outreach and fundraising team. Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, retail promotions, and fundraising campaigns

• Engage with the public, educate them on nonprofit missions, and inspire donor support

• Set up and manage event booths, displays, and materials

• Track results, report progress, and contribute to team fundraising goals

• Collaborate with peers in a positive, high-energy team environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer service–oriented

• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn new skills

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)

• Full-time availability, including some weekends
