- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead customer negotiations on pricing, delivery and contractual terms.
- Engage in sales activities, including product demonstrations and trade shows.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Maintain proactive communication with buyers and decision makers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to RFQs, POs and inquiries.
- Ongoing customer relationship management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Represent the company in customer meetings and host site visits.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, production, quality, and procurement teams.
- Facilitate quote generation and order reviews.
- Coordinate with Account Service Planners and technical support teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Work with the Finance team on credit, invoicing and collections.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, tracking progress against monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
- Provide detailed reports for senior management on sales forecasts, market trends and competitive landscape.
- Adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data to maximize sales growth.
- High-power discrete GaN transistors for following applications.
- Radar, L/S/C/X bands
- Satcom, C/X/Ku bands
- ISM, UHF to C-band
- Military applications, such as military radios, radars, or jammers
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in RF/Microwave sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Fundamental knowledge about RF/Microwave applications. Some familiarity with units and technical terms used in the industry, such as dB, dBm, dBc, CW, Duty Ratio, Pulse Width, IMD, NPR, MTTF, etc.
- 7–10 years of experience in sales/customer service.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and convey their benefits to non-technical customers.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally 4-5 times per year.
