Basic Requirements:

·       Must have advanced/formal education in a relevant field such as Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Systems

·       Must have 8, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience

·       Must have 5, or more, years of experience with systems engineering processes and tools

·       Must have 5, or more, years of experience creating MBSE systems models in Cameo/NoMagic, IBM Rhapsody, or SPARX Enterprise Architect

·       Must be familiar with Agile development methodologies, including iteration planning and status reporting.

·       Must have experience with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)

·       Must have experience implementing model-based approaches on engineering projects/programs, ensuring seamless integration of delivered models within the receiving architecture and digital engineering platform

·       Must be able to maintain a restricted badge and work on site 4+ days per week

·       Must have, or obtain within 3 months of start date, a current IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE)

·       Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

 

Desired Requirements:

·       Have an Object Management Group Certified Systems Modeling Professional - Model Builder Fundamental (OCSMP - MBF) certification

·       Have an INCOSE (International Council on Systems Engineering) Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification

·       Be able to provide technical and programmatic recommendations on the development, integration, and use of digital engineering and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) concepts and structures

·       Have experience leading technical teams or projects

 

This position is expected to pay $115,000 - $135,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
