As a Farm/Crop Sales Intern you will:

• Learn about the farm and crop insurance sales process.
• Opportunity to observe and shadow experienced farm agents.
• Participate in county and state-level farm marketing events.
• Learn to identify risks and hazards on farming operations.
• Learn and participate in the farm quoting process of farm insurance clients.
• Gain knowledge and experience of the crop insurance process.
• Effectively communicate decisions, recommendations, and job-related information to internal and external customers.
• Promote good working relationships with all Company divisions.

We are looking for students majoring or minoring in Agriculture or related field.
