Your role
We’re looking for an ETD Client Service Specialist to:
• Provide excellent client service to ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives) clients by monitoring, investigating, and responding to client queries related to day-to-day issues.
• Participate in local client visits and meetings with the local exchange (ASX) regarding industry projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with the local Fixed Income business to manage risks and escalate issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform and review daily and monthly client money reconciliations for futures and exchange traded options.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including collateral and margin, settlements, offshore and regional Operations, to address and resolve client breaks or issues.
• Address a range of audit requests from both internal and external sources, ensuring that any client audit inquiries are directed promptly to the appropriate internal audit teams.
• Act as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development teams.
• Assess current processes and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and reinforce control measures.
• Commit to a culture of continuous improvement centered on client service and risk management.
• Deliver on various firm and industry wide projects and initiatives.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Have working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and EUAs
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and are committed to supporting colleagues both locally and across multiple locations.
