Senior QA Test Engineer
Job Overview
Truefit is seeking a Senior QA Test Engineer to architect robust automation frameworks and drive quality across our software development ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership:
- Architect and implement advanced, resilient automation frameworks that integrate seamlessly with modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Create organization-level test strategies and quality standards that are scalable and repeatable.
- Develop and execute risk-based testing frameworks tailored to specific project needs.
- Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall development lifecycle.
- Technical Execution:
- Perform comprehensive advanced testing, including performance, security, accessibility, and API testing.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new automation tools and approaches, with a focus on cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.
- Mentorship & Innovation:
- Mentor QA team members on automation best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Utilize AI-driven testing tools for automated test case generation, visual regression analysis, and predictive bug identification to increase efficiency and coverage.
- Actively research and bring new methods and technologies to the team, staying ahead of industry trends.
Skills and Requirements
Technical Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
- Advanced coding skills with extensive experience in creating and maintaining test automation suites.
- Proven experience with a variety of modern testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.
- Practical experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Demonstrated experience using AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Testim, Applitools) to streamline testing efforts.
- Strong understanding of API testing and experience with tools like Postman or Insomnia.
- Ability to develop comprehensive testing methodologies for a wide range of software products.
