As a Pallet Sorter, you will support the Shipping team by providing them with the necessary tools needed allowing them to maintain customer satisfaction. Warehouse experience is preferred.
Pay: $16.50/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30pm

Essential Responsibilities and Duties Include:
- Must be fully trained and fluent on Transporter & Dock Stocker PITS
- Utilize powered industrial equipment to unload trailers of pallets.
- Utilize powered industrial equipment to sort and deliver ready to use pallets to the shipping/bulk departments.
- Utilize powered industrial equipment to sort and deliver broken pallets to appropriate areas
- Unload trailer of totes and deliver to assigned areas
- Meets productivity and accuracy standard.
- Other duties and tasks assigned.
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills – requiring able to use a log in and password and follow simple instructions.
- Previous experience helpful, one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts (rollers).

- Employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, as the doors to the docks are opened and closed.
