Job Summary:
The SNAP E&T Program Coordinator is responsible for the full-cycle management of Goodwill Tulsa’s SNAP E&T program in collaboration with the Career Academy. This position oversees participant intake and eligibility, program enrollment, documentation and data entry, case coordination, and billing submission to the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS). The coordinator ensures compliance with program guidelines and provides exceptional support to participants, helping them achieve employment and training goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the SNAP E&T program within Goodwill.
• Manage the full referral-to-exit process for SNAP E&T participants, including eligibility screening, enrollment, program participation, and successful completion.
• Collaborate closely with Career Academy staff to align participant training plans with SNAP E&T program requirements.
• Maintain working knowledge of SNAP E&T policies, regulations, and allowable activities.
• Evaluate SNAP E&T benefits integration across Goodwill programs.
• Accurately enter and maintain participant records in the ERGO data system.
• Track attendance, participation hours, and supportive services in accordance with OKDHS and Goodwill standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of participant progress, milestones, and outcomes.
• Monitor compliance with reporting requirements and maintain organized electronic and physical files.
• Prepare and submit monthly billing and reimbursement requests to OKDHS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile program records with billing documentation to ensure full reimbursement and program sustainability.
• Coordinate with Goodwill’s accounting team to address billing questions and support audit readiness.
Other Job Functions:
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with OKDHS caseworkers and partners.
• Provide regular updates and reports on program performance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support outreach and recruitment efforts to grow participant referrals and promote program visibility.
• Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned to support the operation of the department and organization.
Educational Requirements:
• Post-secondary education preferred; an associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Other Requirements:
• Two or more years of experience in workforce development, social services, or program coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with ERGO or similar client data management systems is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and billing processes with accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
