We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analytics Associate to join our team for a short-term engagement. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical skills to analyze data, create reports, and support key business initiatives.

Your Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analytics Associate to join our Product Management team for a short-term engagement (12 Months). The ideal candidate will leverage their technical skills to analyze data, create reports, and support key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze complex datasets and create comprehensive queries and/or reports
• Develop and maintain data queries using SQL and/or Python 
• Build and optimize Excel models and automated solutions 
• Support data quality initiatives and process improvements 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects 
• Document processes and procedures 
• Assist in data visualization and presentation creation using Clik Data and/or Microsoft Power BI

About You:

Required Technical Skills: 

• Proficiency in SQL or Python programming 
• Advanced Excel skills including:
• Complex formulas and functions
• Pivot Tables and Power Pivot
• Data modeling
• Power Query 
• Experience with data analysis and reporting 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Finance, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Clik) 
• Understanding of financial or business concepts 
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Soft Skills: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Strong organizational abilities 
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently 
• Team-oriented mindset

Salary Range: USD 55,000 - USD 65,000
