Position Overview:

Assist Department Managers and staff with duties related to branch operations, policies and procedures.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Complete ad hoc assignments for the Branch and Sales staff as directed   
  • Data entry 
  • HR Liaison between Corporate HR and the Branch employees
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Assist with On Boarding process for both Temporary and Regular employees
  • Distribute HR related information to branch staff
  • Coordinate HR meetings with Branch Staff
  • Maintains OSHA records, state and federal posters, alert proper entity regarding discrepancies.  
  • Serves as the backup for Systems Administrator verification, scanning, ordering office supplies
  • Maintain communication with outside vendors servicing the Branch
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

 

Non-essential Job Functions: 

  • Answering phone calls, filing, software entries
  • Back up entries for VMI locations (In-Plant Stores)

 

Job Requirements:

  • Detail oriented 
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Good communication skills 
  • Able to compose grammatically correct correspondence 
  • Proficient with Word and Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • must maintain confidentiality with sensitive documents and employee interactions
  • High School diploma or equivalent
