Position Overview:
Assist Department Managers and staff with duties related to branch operations, policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete ad hoc assignments for the Branch and Sales staff as directed
- Data entry
- HR Liaison between Corporate HR and the Branch employees
- Coordinate interviews
- Assist with On Boarding process for both Temporary and Regular employees
- Distribute HR related information to branch staff
- Coordinate HR meetings with Branch Staff
- Maintains OSHA records, state and federal posters, alert proper entity regarding discrepancies.
- Serves as the backup for Systems Administrator verification, scanning, ordering office supplies
- Maintain communication with outside vendors servicing the Branch
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Non-essential Job Functions:
- Answering phone calls, filing, software entries
- Back up entries for VMI locations (In-Plant Stores)
Job Requirements:
- Detail oriented
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Good communication skills
- Able to compose grammatically correct correspondence
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal skills
- must maintain confidentiality with sensitive documents and employee interactions
- High School diploma or equivalent
