Briljent is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team supporting the Indiana account. This hybrid role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting members and providers with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service in alignment with Briljent’s mission and standards. 


 

Work Schedule

This position follows standard business hours (Monday–Friday). Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs.


Duties:

  • Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed to support members and providers.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries related to healthcare services, eligibility, claims, and other program-related topics.
  • Document all interactions in the appropriate systems with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Adhere to performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure continuous improvement and service excellence.

Requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work both onsite and remotely as required.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or Medicaid-related call center operations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
