Maintenance Consultant presso Medicalodges

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for assisting facilities with training of maintenance personnel, project management, and organization of the day to day tasks required to maintain buildings and equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train facility maintenance personnel and assist as needed in performing general and preventive maintenance and repair functions of building and equipment.

• Train facility maintenance personnel and assist as needed in performing minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical upkeep and emergency repairs and assist contractors to perform major repairs.

•  Train facility personnel and assist as needed, or make arrangements with vendors to train on performing regular floor maintenance per Medicalodges standards and policies.

•  Train facility maintenance personnel and assist as needed in conducting inspections of all buildings on a regular basis for necessary upkeep and documentation of findings.

•  Train facility personnel and assist as needed, or make arrangements with vendors to train on conducting inspections for preventive maintenance such as fire alarm test, zone lines, sprinkler system, and safety surveys, etc., and submit necessary forms to Service Center on a timely basis.

• Train facility maintenance personnel and assist as needed in planning maintenance schedules based on current and projected needs per facility policy.

• Train and work with all facility staff on Tels Work Orders.

• Train and work with Maintenance Directors on using Tels Work Orders.

• Understand and comply with Medicalodges, Inc. policies and procedures, compliance, code of conduct, state and federal requirements.

• Assist facility management to train facility maintenance personnel on Medicalodges, Inc. policies and procedures, compliance, code of conduct, state and federal requirements.
