We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Receptionist to join our front desk team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. You’ll support clinical operations through scheduling, record management, and patient communication—all while contributing to our mission of accessible, high-quality care. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of medical or customer service reception experience required
• Proficient in basic office skills (typing, filing, etc.)
• Experience in a medical specialty setting preferred
• Background as a medical assistant or nurse assistant preferred
• Familiarity with chart preparation for medical visits preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
