Essential Responsibilities of Service Advisor:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for our dealers and customers. You’ll:
- Troubleshoot equipment issues (mechanical, electrical, and digital).
- Provide responsive technical support by phone, email, and online.
- Help launch and support cutting-edge autonomous mowing systems.
- Create easy-to-follow guides and training resources.
- Assist dealers with diagnostics, installations, and service best practices.
- Occasionally join field events and product rollouts where you’ll see innovation in action.
Your work ensures our customers get the support they need while helping Wright maintain its reputation for reliability, quality, and forward-thinking solutions.
Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
- Technical writing or training experience (a plus).
- Familiarity with robotics, sensors, or autonomous systems (preferred).
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a big advantage.
High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree and 1–3 years of product support or technical service experience preferred.
Starting at $23/hr (commensurate with experience)

Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, flexible 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday between 7 AM–7 PM
- Combination of office, production floor, and occasional outdoor work
- Light physical tasks (lifting parts/tools up to 50 lbs.)
- Some travel for dealer visits, trade shows, and events
Reports to: Service Manager
