Weiser Memorial Hospital--rated as one of Idaho's best places to work--is hiring a Clinic Receptionist for our Family Medical Center. The Clinic Receptionist provides indirect patient care in the medical office/clinic setting. The person in this position greets and registers patients, verifies patient demographics and gathers insurance information. Performs other clerical duties and meets the communication needs of the patient/family, medical office/clinic staff, and the medical staff.

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One (1) year experience in a medical office setting.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills to include oral and written comprehension/expression.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual preferred.
- Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for the job title and the unit(s) area(s) or assignment.
- Ability and willingness to work with patients' growth and development needs, particularly related to the age of patients in the unit(s) area(s) of assignment.
- Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with principles of service excellence.
