Join our IT Data Services team as a Business Intelligence Analyst!

At Southwest Power Pool (SPP), we keep the lights on for millions of people by ensuring reliable electricity across our 14-state region. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in how we use data to drive decisions, improve efficiency, and support our mission to keep the grid running.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with business groups to design, build, and optimize dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools. You’ll dive into SQL development, build and streamline data pipelines, and help turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. You’ll also administer the Tableau platform for the enterprise—handling user access, upgrades, and troubleshooting—while supporting teams in creating impactful dashboards.

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and loves solving problems with data. If you have experience with Tableau (or another BI platform), a knack for SQL, and a passion for turning data into solutions, this role will give you the opportunity to grow your expertise while working on high-visibility, high-impact projects.

At SPP, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team where your work directly supports the reliability of the electric grid—a responsibility we take seriously. If you’re ready to make an impact, we’d love to have you on our team.
