DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Data entry and management of assets in land management software (MineralSoft)
· Review, verify, and process Division Orders
· Research and verify Company mineral, surface, and working interest ownership
· Assist in lease acquisitions
· Perform title due diligence associated with oil & gas acquisitions (mineral / royalty / working interest)
· Collaborate with exploration team to support drilling and production operations
· Prepare documentation for audits and support internal/external audit requests
· Assist in preparation of monthly reports and variance analyses
· Business development
· Other duties as assigned/ required.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Petroleum Land Management, Business, or related field
· Certified Professional Landman (CPL) or Registered Landman (RL) designation preferred
· Strong knowledge of mineral rights, title law, and leasing practices across multiple jurisdictions
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
· Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
· Ability to travel
PREFERRED SKILLS
· Familiarity with MineralSoft or similar land management systems
· Knowledge of joint venture accounting and revenue distribution
· Understanding of lease operating statements (LOS) and production reports
· Familiarity with mapping software and GIS tools
