Note: This position is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, as relocation assistance is not provided. Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Job Overview:

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the operation and coordination of assignments within your department. This pivotal role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and initiatives within your department. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to streamline recruitment operations, enhance efficiency, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. The Recruitment Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment efforts across all divisions of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment advertising campaigns to attract diverse and qualified candidates, expanding the candidate pool.
  • Assist field teams with preparing and delivering offer letters for field employees, ensuring adherence to recruitment team best practices.
  • Maintain reporting for both field and corporate hiring to ensure candidates are being hired efficiently, providing support and sponsoring jobs as needed in coordination with the recruitment team.
  • Support the Recruitment Team with scheduling interviews, references, and other administrative tasks.
  • Recruit well qualified and diverse candidates in support of the Company’s Diversity & Inclusion Initiative.
  • Proactively identify and implement recruitment resources to address challenging recruitment areas, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Support team members and foster a collaborative work environment that promotes Leslie’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Manage tasks essential to the efficiency of the organization, anticipate potential issues and proactively implement solutions.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by management.
  • Input and update data in various systems and databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years in project coordination or administrative support roles, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, reporting, and data management.
