So, what are the main responsibilities of an IT Hub Team Leader in Netcompany?
The IT Hub team leader will be responsible for the operational management of one or more IT Hub elements provided by our European Institution client to their users and will perform his/her tasks on the client sites.
Work Arrangement: Fully onsite in Brussels.
As an IT Hub Team Leader, you will:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the IT Hub team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, assisting team members in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
- Oversee the ticketing system to ensure that all support requests are properly logged, prioritized, and resolved within established SLAs.
- Assign tasks and prioritize workload to ensure that all support requests are handled in a timely manner.
- Identify training needs for skill enhancement among team members, request training sessions as needed.
- Verify quality to monitor the performance of the IT agents and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate the procurement, and inventory management of IT hardware, with the dedicated tools on each IT Hub, ensuring availability and functionality to support daily operations.
- Work closely with the Operational managers (BRU & LUX).
- Ensuring that IT HUB agents respect the schedules and work shifts assigned to them.
What would make you a fit for the role:
- High School/Bachelors' degree preferably in Information Technology, or a related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Support.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to an IT support team.
- Expert-level knowledge in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Experience identifying team members' training needs and coordinating training sessions to facilitate skill enhancement.
- Very good skills in all MS office applications.
- Advanced IT product knowledge and experience (HW/SW).
- Being highly autonomous and skilled in business management and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in French is a strong advantage.
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certification is an asset.
