Free People is hiring a Paid Social Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will support the Social Media Manager on the day-to-day management of Free People & FP Movement social media marketing programs including paid programs across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat & Reddit. This person will partner with cross-functional teams at Free People to understand the business and react to trends to drive top line revenue at a profitable ROAS. This position is also responsible for driving tactical strategies that align with brand goals and reporting on performance to greater Marketing teams..
Role Responsibilities:- Execute paid social campaigns across a variety of platforms
- Assist with campaign management and reporting across the global Free People program
- Be in-the-know of program performance and bring strategic optimizations to weekly team meeting
- Partner closely with Organic Social and Graphic Design teams to create and manage assets
- Work cross-functionally with Influencer and Organic Social teams to manage paid content programs
- Partner with Creative, Brand Marketing and Social Media teams on monthly campaign planning and execution
- Monitor the competitive landscape and keep the team informed on industry and platform news
- Partner closely with Digital Analytics team on reporting requests and test measurement
- Support new platform launches to further grow the channel
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience at a retailer or agency
- Knowledge of main social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Twitter & Snapchat)
- Ability to analyze marketing campaigns, determine measurable results and present recommendations and learnings
- Experience both developing and executing digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Data, technical focused individual with web analytics experience (Google Analytics experience preferred)
- Ability to be organized, task-oriented and work in a fast-paced environment
- Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus!
